New Year, Better You

Well, we made it! (sort of)
If you're having a hard time believing 2020 is really behind us, that's because nothing has changed much...yet. BUT things are going to start improving sooooon, and before you know it, a more normal reality is here. It's time to start preparing for what we're fondly referring to as the "after times" (vs "before times" of pre-Covid life...you get the idea ; )


Resolve to keep some aspects of your quarantine-self.
Quarantine forced all of us to focus on what matters most--for better or worse, we are different people than when the pandemic started. All you really need to resolve this year is to take some of the positive changes with you into the after times (i.e. more time spent with your family, at-home workouts, or outdoor adventures). Then gear up for a strong comeback starting by imagining what you want it to look like and how you want to show up.

While we're all quietly wondering about our post-pandemic selves, there is a crazy reality waiting ahead of us. Events, travel and social gatherings galore are going to take over as soon as it's safe. So while it's important to focus on getting through this time right now, don't forget to think about how you're going to show up strong in 2021.
