It always sneaks up on us…

Halloween wraps up and we're officially getting into party season. Lights go up, the decor comes out, and the calendar fills up, fast!  From Thanksgiving to New Years Eve, it feels like so many events, and so little time.  We noticed when styling our clients for holiday season, most events are straight forward festive. That means no off-season themes or destinations.  So when you ask, 'What am I wearing to all these parties?'....we've got plenty of ideas!  

If you struggle with the sudden need to turn up the glam during the Holiday season, I have a mission for you: 
1. Strategically pick 1-2 party worthy pieces that get you excited to celebrate.
2. Think through if that item can hold longevity for a future event (hello, sequin skirt and statement jacket) and finishing touches that are likely already in your wardrobe.
3. Go for a quality item (I repeat, quality!) over quantity even if you have a packed calendar.
4. Not every outfit has to be new to make an impact. Mix in a new piece with an existing one and give it new life.

It's not a party look without something textural, sparkly or plush, but in a festive season that is so short, just a couple of pieces can go a really long way.
